Krishnan Puravassery is a very small east facing temple in a single Prakaram. The temple requires maintenance. In the prakaram is a pedestal with Naagars that has carving of the Dasavathara of Mahavishnu. Most of the Naagars have a different depiction of Krishna on them. The stone idol of Vinayaka is old, worn out and has an elephant as the mount. There are some old stone items lying in the prakaram. A small Well is present inside. The temple is approached by walking across fields. The Pazhayar river flows immediately west of the temple. A small door in the outer wall leads to the river.
