Sevantheeswarar Devanankurichi is an east-facing temple situated in a single open prakaram. There is a separate sanctum for Maha Vishnu with his consorts Sreedevi and Bhoodevi on the south side of the Sanctum Sanctorum of the main deity. In front of the sanctum sanctorum of the main deity are a stone Dwajasthambam and Nandi. On the south side in between the Shiva and Vishnu sanctums is the shrine of the goddess. All the shrines face east. The entire temple is a stone and concrete combination construction. There is a rock pond behind on the west side of Sevantheeswarar Devanankurichi.
