Thanthondreeswarar Molipalli is an east-facing temple with an entrance through a gate on the east side. Outside the gate is a tall Dwajasthambam with carvings of Vinayaka, Muruga, trident, and others below. The temple is situated in a single large prakaram that is completely paved and neatly kept. There is a Nandi facing the main deity. This is followed by a long passage that is open on the sides leading towards the Ardha Mandapam and the sanctum sanctorum. Behind in the prakaram are the shrines of Vinayaka and Muruga. The goddess shrine is separate, east facing, and almost in the same alignment as the sanctum of the main deity. This shrine also has a covered passage and Ardha Mandapam. There is a beautiful Annamar Temple about half a kilometer away on the southeast side.
