Thirupurantheeswarar Melapattam can be reached by taking the Seevalaperi Road which takes off from the Tirunelveli bypass. After 1.5 kilometers from the bypass, junction take a left and go for about 3.5 kilometers to reach Thirupurantheeswarar Melapattam. There is a Perumal temple also in the same village.
