Renganadar Thiruvadigai is a large east facing temple with entrances from south and east through a gateway. The Vimaana is huge and so is the goddess at about 7-8 feet.

King Pallavaraya’s daughter was an ardent devotee of Lord Renganathar of Srirengam and wanted to move there. The king of Thiruvadigai who wanted to marry her heard this and built Renganadar Thiruvadigai temple to satisfy and keep her here.
