Varadaraja Perumal Panruti is an old and beautiful little temple, nicely painted and well maintained. The temple faces east and the entrance is through a 5 tiered Rajagopuram in the south. The sanctum sanctorum is a stone structure, but the temple has been extended with modern constructions. There are new creations like Krishna dancing on the snake Kaalinga in a small pond, Vishnu on Aadisesha and nicely created Dasavathara Idols.
