Venkateswara Perumal Gopasamudram is a small temple facing east on a small hillock. The original deity and temple is claimed to be several hundred years old which have been lost in time. This is the new temple with a new deity and is maintained very beautifully. There is a small temple tank below which could be attributed to Venkateswara Perumal Gopasamudram. The river Ponnaiyar flows south of the hill and presents a beautiful picture from above. You can also go down to the river from the forking road below to spend time.
