Subramaniaswamy Sevoor is a small east-facing temple with a 3 tiered Rajagopuram at the entrance. The sanctum sanctorum situated in a single clean and paved Prakaram is reached through a Mahamantapam. At the north east corner is a shrine for Navagrahas.

Subramaniaswamy Sevoor is about 3.5 kilometers north west of Aarani off the road going to Vellore. Perumal, Shiva and Jain temples are also nearby in the same village. Nearby on the lake shore and south of the temples is an Ettiamman Temple which is said to be very ancient.
