The idols of the main deity Choleeswarar and his consort Visalakshi have been kept in a temporary shed. A group called ‘Sivalaya Uzhavarapani Adiyargal Sangam’ from Salem is on the job of getting the temple reconstructed as per a small board kept at the site.
