Kasi Viswanathar Oduvankuruchi is an east a facing temple situated in a single prakaram. The entrances to the temple are both on the east and south sides. The sanctum of the main deity and the shrine of the goddess are separate facing east with long tiled roof open-sided mandapams in front. The goddess is on the north side of the main deity’s sanctum. The vimaanam are both old and beautiful. There are separate Nandis facing the main deity and goddess. The Prakaram houses the other shrines and there is a cloistered mandapam with tiled roofs behind on the west side. Behind are a Vinayaka and two Amman temples.
