Someswarar Senthamangalam is an ancient temple that has been renovated recently. During our visit in 2021, the local gentleman who lives on the adjoining farm was coordinating a large group of devotees who were there cleaning up the prakaram. Historical information is not available as of now.

Lord Rama and Anjaneya are believed to have worshiped the lord here at Someswarar Senthamangalam.
