Chokkalingeswarar Melaisivapuri is a medium sized and important east facing temple with a 5 tiered Rajagopuram at the entrance. It is beautifully maintained and has a temple tank in front. The temple is fully covered and a single Prakaram is around the sanctum and shrines.
