Chandrasekharaswamy Paramakudi is an east-facing temple situated in two Prakarams. The entrance is through a small 3 tiered Gopuram on the east side. There is a long Maha Mandapam before the Sanctum Sanctorum and the south-facing shrine of the goddess. The main deity is a small lingam.
