Vaitheeswarar Thirumani is a beautiful small temple situated amidst green fields. The temple faces west and the goddess faces you as you enter through the door at the south. Compound wall is not present. There are two Nandis, one outside and one inside the Mantapam. Some old remnants of the temple are strewn about outside. There are carvings of Alakshmi, Vinayaka and Surya installed.

Vaitheeswarar Thirumani is 31 kilometers from Vandavasi and 11 kilometers from Aarani in the road connecting the two towns. You have to park your vehicle at the edge of the village and walk through fields to reach the temple. A perumal temple is also present in the village.
