Vanneeswarar Kadaladi is a small east facing stone temple with an entrance gateway at the South. A single Prakaram houses all the shrines and the Sanctum Sanctorum. Some of the idols are beautifully carved pieces. The Parvathamalai hill temple of Lord Shiva is nearby and the trek to the temple starts from Kadaladi.

History

Vanneeswarar Kadaladi is an ancient temple as is evident from the wonderful idols found here. We could also see some faint hints of inscriptions at the base of the sanctum sanctorum, but could not make out or confirm the same.

None locally. Closest for food would be Thiruvannamalai. There is a small mess at Kadaladi Bazaar where you can get simple decent food.
