Nagareeswarar Panpozhi is a large and old temple where the god and goddess are in separate sanctums. Both the shrines have an entrance passage Mantapam, Maha Mantapam, Ardha Mantapam, and Antralay leading to the sanctum sanctorum. The temple has a single large Prakaram. A temple tank is outside in the east.
