Kariaperumal Molasi is a small east-facing temple situated on a rocky mound. A small flight of steps leads up to the temple. A single small prakaram houses the sanctum sanctorum of the main deity. A small mandapam is in front. There are rock carvings of Anjaneya and Naagar on top. The Cauvery River is about 300 meters away and flows southwest of the temple.
