Kalyana Ramaswamy Mimisal is an east-facing temple with a entrance arch. Behind the temple is the temple pond. The sanctum sanctorum of the main deity is situated in a single Prakaram. The main deity is in a standing posture along with the goddess in marriage form. An old Shiva Temple is also in the same compound. The Bay of Bengal is a little way to the east of the temple.
