Enathi Chenraya Perumal Semmandipatti is a small east-facing temple with an entrance gate on the east side. A stone Dwajasthambam is outside with carving of Garuda, Anjaneya, Conch, and Disc on the four sides in the base. The temple is situated in a single Prakaram.
