Prasanna Venkatachalapathi Karuvalli

Prasanna Venkatachalapathi Karuvalli is a beautiful east-facing temple with a 5 tiered Rajagopuram at the entrance on the east side. A single large and paved Prakaram houses the sanctum sanctorum and the shrines. In front of the long and open Mahamandapam are Garuda and the flagstaff. An Ardha mandapam is before the main deity who looks similar to the Lord of Tirupati. There is a small idol of the lord before the main deity that is called the Aadhi Swayambu. The temple is also called Chinna (small) Tirupati. The sanctum sanctorum and Vimaanam are beautiful structures. The goddess is on the south side in a separate shrine. On the north side are a hall for food serving and a nice garden. Outside on the south side is a Marriage Hall belonging to the temple. There is a small idol of Lord Vishnu as Venkatramana outside the temple which is considered important.
