Shervaraya Perumal Yecaud is a cave situated more than 1600 meters above sea level in the Yercaud Hills. This is the highest point in the hills and provides a great view all around. The cave itself is a small one and has to be entered by bending down. The idol of Shervaraya Perumal along with his consort Cauvery is installed here. Behind the deities, the cave seems to go on and entry is not allowed. The cave is moist and drips inside during the rains.
