Balavaradaraja Perumal Mullandiram is a small east-facing temple that has been renovated recently. A single prakaram houses the shrines and sanctum sanctorum. The Pancha Mukha Anjaneya idol is a recently erected concrete structure just above the ancient relief carving of Veera Anjaneya. The pillars in front of the Sanctum Sanctorum have some beautiful relief carvings including Dasavatara of Lord Vishnu. Carvings of Lord Ganesha and Muruga are present as Dwarapalakas on either side of the entrance to the Sanctum Sanctorum.
