Kariamanicka Perumal Echur is a small east facing temple with a single Prakaram. Dwarapalakas Jayan and Vijayan are at the entrance of the main sanctum sanctorum. Outside the main door is a stone Dwajasthambam and an elephant idol facing the main deity. Nearby are two more Vishnu temples, Kotandaramar and Venugopala Swamy.
