A single Prakaram houses the Sanctum Sanctorum and shrines. There is a Mantapam on the left before the Rajagopuram as you climb up. This has many pillars with carvings of Vinayaka, Krishna, Ayyanar, Dancers and more. The sanctum sanctorum is reached through the Mahamantapam and Arthamantapam. In the Sanctum Sanctorum Sreedevi and Bhoodevi are sitting, Prahlada and Sage Sukhabrahma are worshiping the reclining Lord. Set amidst verdant green fields and a lake the temple is a wonderful place to spend time. Nearby is the cave temple of Thoonandar and Jain beds at Seeyamangalam.
