Navaneethakrishnan Manakkarai is a small east-facing temple without a compound wall. Entrance is through a door in the east which leads into the Mahamandapam. An Ardha Mandapam is before the Sanctum Sanctorum of the main deity. The vimaanam of the sanctum is also dilapidated and required renovation.
