Srinivasa Perumal Pudupatti is a beautiful east-facing hill temple situated in a single Prakaram. From the base of the hill are a few rough-hewn steps, but the climb is mostly over smooth rocks. The temple is not open regularly. Srinivasa Perumal Pudupatti is in a beautiful location amidst green fields with the hills of the western ghats behind.

Srinivasa Perumal Pudupatti is 20 kilometers north of Srivilliputhur. Take the highway going to Madurai and take a left towards the northwest at Krishnankovil Village to reach Gopalapuram. At the fork here take a left. The right side road goes to Watrap. Pudupatti is 2 kilometers from here. Before reaching the village is a small road going south towards the temple. Srinivasa Perumal Pudupatti is a kilometer south from here. Cars cannot go in the road, you have to walk to the temple. The entrance of the road is filthy, but once you have gone in a few yards it is fine. Please visit only in the daytime.
