Onakanthanthali a well maintained small temple with a 3 tier Rajagopuram at the entrance. The twin lord (Oneswarar and Kantheswarar) shrines are adjoining with a separate shrine for Salendareswarar. A temple tank is found nearby.

Onakanthanthali is in the outskirts of Kancheepuram Town, adjacent to the Panjupettai Electricity sub station on the Arakonam road.
