Mukteeswarar Thottanaval is a very ancient east facing temple is in a sad state of neglect. However some indications of work being taken up us seen and we hope to revisit and update information sometime soon. The other deities have all been taken away, possible for safety, till the structures are complete. A large neglected temple tank is seen in the east. Mukteeswarar Thottanaval should have been a beautiful sight in the ancient past!
