Kariamanicka Perumal Vilagam is a small east facing temple situated on the banks of the Palar River. The single prakaram is filled with flowering and fruit trees and presents a beautiful picture. The entrance is through a gateway. The kitchen is quite large and gives the feeling of a Kerala temple from outside. A fenced Nandavanam (flower garden) is situated all around the outer walls of the temple but not attended to. While the temple itself is beautiful the approach is filthy and requires care if you are walking.
