Thiru Ooraga Varadaraja Perumal Perunagar is a beautiful west facing temple with a 3 tiered Rajagopuram at the west facing entrance. A large and spacious Prakaram houses all the shrines and the Sanctum Sanctorum. There are some excellent carvings on the Goddess and Aandal shrine walls including one of Dasavatara and a symbol of the Fish. The temple has been beautifully white washed and is well maintained. The main deity is a large one and so is the Vimaanam.
