Arjuneswarar Mimisal is an east-facing temple with a entrance arch. Behind the temple is the temple pond. The sanctum sanctorum of the main deity is situated in a single Prakaram. An open mandapam leads into a Maha Mandamapam, Ardha Mandapam and the Sanctum Sanctorum. An old Vishnu Temple is also in the same compound. The Bay of Bengal is a little way to the east of the temple.
