Pitchaleeswarar Panpakkam is a small and beautiful east facing temple with a newly built 3 tiered entrance Rajagopuram in the south. Just outside the entrance is Naagar under a Peepal tree and a small shrine for Anjaneya. Pitchaleeswarar Panpakkam is situated beautifully on a slight elevation with a large pond behind unconnected with the temple. Pitchaleeswarar Panpakkam has been renovated recently and the temple presents a beautiful picture with a well maintained Prakaram. Nearby is a temple for Kariamanicka Perumal. There is also an entrance from the road in the east. A large snake mound and Chelliamman Temple are in the north of Pitchaleeswarar Panpakkam.
