Kakakadarayaperumal Kovilpalayam is a small and beautiful temple that resembles an ancient house. A sprawling peepal tree and a tall monolith Dwajasthambam is in front. The entrance is from the east where two verandah style constructions invite you to sit and relax. Kakakadarayaperumal has a single Prakaram where Lord Ganesha and Naagar are installed around the main sanctum sanctorum. This is followed by two groups of stones, spears and naagar installations. A vilwa tree is on the north east corner which is faced by a small Nandi depicting the presence of Lord Shiva.
