Kailasanadar Arcot is on the road to Cheyyar. Take a right after crossing the Palar Bridge while going from Kancheepuram, drive about 500 meters and you can see the temple on a small road on the right.

Arcot has some good restaurants. Stay would be Kancheepuram or Vellore.
