Bheemeswarar Sarkar Manapalli is an east-facing temple that is situated in a single open prakaram. The Mahamandapam is entered through a door in the east and the exit is through a door on the south side. An Ardha Mandapam precedes the SanctumSsanctorum where the main deity is in the form of a large Lingam. Behind are the shrines for Narthana Vinayaka and Subramanya. On the north side of the sanctum sanctorum is the separate shrine for goddess Brahanayaki. The Cauvery River flows about 300 meters south of Bheemeswarar Sarkar Manapalli. There is an ancient Perumal Temple near the banks of the Cauvery.
