Thirusenthurai is a beautiful old temple on the banks of the Cauvery. A 5 tier Rajagopuram, large Prakaram filled with flowering plants and large trees, erotic sculptures in the Rajagopuram and the wafting smell of Wood Jasmine flowers make this a very beautiful temple. It is open for only a short duration in the morning and evening.
