Veetrirundha Perumal Vengamangalam is a small and beautiful east-facing temple with a spacious Prakaram. The temple has been renovated in recent times. The entrance is through a gate in the east. A 4 pillared Mukha mandapam precedes the entrance to the sanctum sanctorum of the Lord. The main deity is in a sitting position on a seat created by the multi-headed serpent Adisesha with his hood over the Lord. On either side are his consorts Sreedevi and Bhoodevi. The Paalar River flows further south of the temple.
